How Hearthside works.

You call us — we call back within 2 hours
Before we tell you anything about our service, we want to understand your situation. Who your loved one is. What your family is worried about. What they love.

We visit your loved one's home together
A Hearthside coordinator visits with you — no obligation. We spend the first 15 minutes talking directly with your loved one about their life, their career, what they enjoy. You'll see exactly how we approach people.

We find the right companion
We hand-pick a companion based on personality, shared interests, and geography. We brief them in depth — not just the logistics, but the person. They arrive prepared.

We accompany the first visit
A Hearthside coordinator is present for the first visit and makes the introduction personally. That same evening we call you to let you know how it went.

Regular visits begin — and you stay in the loop
Visits happen on the schedule you choose. You receive a brief note after every single visit — what they did, how they seemed, anything worth knowing.

No long-term contracts. Adjust your schedule or cancel with two weeks' notice. We earn your continued trust, visit by visit.
